Our Policies

Booking Policy:

1. Appointment Confirmation: You will receive a call and text to confirm your appointment. If unable you be reached with 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled.
2. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule.
3. No Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in pre-pay for future services in order to be on the schedule.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any fees.
2. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 23 hours will result in a charge of 10 dollars on top of future appointments.
3. No Show Fee: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will not be able to reschedule or schedule services unless full payment is due beforehand.
4. Emergency Cancellations: Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies, at the discretion of the Esthetician.

Refunds:

1. Service Refunds: No refunds are provided for completed services unless there is a documented issue.
